DOES ANYONE KNOW OF A MOBILE HOME SET UP AND MOVING COMPANY BEING IN THE LAWRENCE DRIVE, MACON GEORGIA AREA IN AUGUST 1999?
VANISHED.....11 YEAR OLD CHILD DISAPEARS.....
This child was last seen on Sunday August 15, 1999 at approximately 8pm. Teresa disappeared from Lawrence Drive in Macon, Georgia (Twiggs County area) near her home. She has not been seen or heard from since.
A neighbor reported seeing Teresa sometime during the afternoon hours when Teresa stopped by to play with some puppies in the yard. The neighbor told her that if she could catch one of the puppies, she could have it. Teresa stated that she was going to get her brother to help her but she never returned for the puppy.
LAST SEEN WEARING.....
Teresa has brown hair and blue eyes. She was wearing a blue and white shirt with orange and pink knit pants and clear gel type shoes on the day of her disappearance.
Teresa has a speech impediment.
Hgt: 4"10
Wgt: approximately 75 pounds

Recently someone asked me why I built this web site and why I would care for someone that I never knew. I was caught off guard by the question because I had never really thought about it like that. Many years ago I fell into a news article about Teresa Dean. I was not familiar with the case and the few details that I learned at that time really sparked an interest. I wanted to learn more so over a period of time I began reading old news articles about the case. The more I read the more I became sucked in....almost drawn to know more and more. I saw Teresa's picture posted on missing children websites and I was totally hooked.
To answer the question...I really don't know why I am so drawn to this case, but I am. I do know that it haunts me and compels me to find out what happened to this child. I am a firm believer that humans are slaves to their own psychology and will inevitably leave clues......therfore I believe that although there is no physical evidence at this point.....someone out there knows or has heard something about this case. Why? Because the person who did this has inevitably left clues.....and has done so by talking to others and left, no matter how small, bits and pieces of clues somewhere along the way.
Honestly I don't have one specific answer about why the web site or why I care......I do know that I'm drawn to this case with an obsession to find answers.
